About Our Products
Jingle Resin sells handcrafted epoxy resin wall art panels with embedded LED backlighting and natural live-edge burl wood frames. Each panel is made to order — nothing is pre-made or mass-produced. Product images on our website are representative of the design and style but your panel will not be an exact replica of any photograph due to the handmade nature of the product. Variations in wood grain, bark edge shape, resin depth, swirl patterns and LED positioning are normal and expected.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include free worldwide shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card is charged immediately upon placing your order.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
Production & Delivery
Your panel is handcrafted after your order is placed. Estimated total timeline is approximately 5 weeks from order to delivery. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Jingle Resin is not liable for delays caused by production complexity, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather events or any other factors beyond our control. Delivery estimates do not constitute a contractual delivery deadline.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, photographs, text, logos, graphics and branding — is the property of Jingle Resin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jingle Resin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your purchase, use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Product Use
Our panels are designed for indoor wall mounting only. They are not waterproof. Do not expose the panel to direct sunlight for extended periods, excessive heat, moisture or outdoor conditions. Do not submerge the panel or expose it to liquid. Do not attempt to open, disassemble or modify the panel. Damage caused by misuse, modification or improper conditions is not covered by any warranty or refund policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jingle Resin operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
