REFUND POLICY

Handcrafted to order — no change-of-mind returns. Because every Jingle Resin panel is made from scratch specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect expectations about the product.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your panel arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To qualify you must:
- Email jingleresin@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos or video showing the fault or damage
- Photograph the packaging as received, including the outer box

The panel must be returned unused, in its original packaging, via a tracked shipping service. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned panel, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping Damage — 48 Hour Window
If your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside, photograph the box and the panel immediately — within 48 hours of delivery. Email the photos to jingleresin@gmail.com with your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours for shipping damage may not be accepted.

What We Do Not Refund
- Change of mind or "I don't like it" after receiving the product
- Orders that arrive after December 25 if placed after the November 15 cutoff
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other factors outside our control
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery (drops, liquid, misuse, opening or modifying the panel)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Natural Variations Are Not Defects
Every panel is handcrafted using natural burl wood and hand-poured epoxy resin. Slight variations in wood grain, bark edge shape, resin colour depth and swirl patterns are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. These variations are what make every panel unique. Refund requests based on natural handcrafted variation will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering. After 12 hours your panel is already in production and cannot be cancelled. Email jingleresin@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide all order, production and shipping documentation to your payment provider. We encourage you to email us first — we respond quickly and will work with you to resolve any issue.
